What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay and GooglePay.
Oops! I forgot to add something to my order! Is it too late?
If you forgot something, send us an email right away (firstname.lastname@example.org) and if it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll make sure it gets added in!
Can I send a party package as a gift?
Of course! We’d love to send a party for you! When you place your order, just enter the recipient’s address and we’ll send it to them. If you do not want your recipient to know it’s coming, put your own email address and phone number in the order details. After you place your order, if you would like us to add a special note, card or anything else, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll take it from there!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much is shipping?
Shipping is just $5 per order no matter how much you buy!
How much is local delivery?
Local delivery is FREE to the following zip codes: 60643 (Chicago), 60655 (Chicago), 60805 (Evergreen Park), 60422 (Flossmoor) & 60430 (Homewood).
Do you offer pickup?
At this time, we do not offer pickup, but if you do not want your order shipped and do not live in the local delivery area, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work something out.
Do you ship internationally?
At this point, Skippagosh can only ship to U.S. addresses, but we hope to add international soon!
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Orders are shipped from Chicago and your delivery date depends on where you are. Orders in the Chicago area typically take 1-2 business days. Orders in the Midwest typically take 2-5 business days. Orders to the West and East coasts can take 5-7 business days. Times can vary based on Covid, weather and time of year, so if you would like a more exact estimate, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Sure! If you end up not using your party supplies or something just didn’t work out, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be unopened and you are responsible for shipping them back to us. If you would like a return label, we can send you one. The price will be deducted from your return. Sale items cannot be returned. If you are returning an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process your return. Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days of receiving the item.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return your purchase and purchase a new item. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What happens if my item is missing or damaged?If this happens, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away! All items are carefully checked and shipped so this shouldn’t happen, but if it does, we sincerely apologize and want to fix it right away.
